• Click on the link "New Registration".
• After reading the necessary instructions carefully for approval of the drawings of the buildings, click on the agree box and click on the submit button.
• After filling in the required information of the online form, click on the submit button, then your user ID And Password will appear in which Application No. is your User ID and the password is your Mobile No.
• Also there will be three buttons -
  • Login : You can use the following facilities by logging in with the given User ID and Password :-
    • Cess payment
    • Cess calculation
    • Application status
    • Certificate copy
  • Print Challan : Click this to print Challan.
  • Online Payment : Click it to make online payment. User will be redirected to UP Rajkosh Website. For assistance, one can refer to the Rajkosh User Manual.
    • Click on Pay Without Registration on RAJKOSH website.
    • Select e-Payment in the payment mode. Select "SRV-Labour and Employment Department, Uttar Pradesh" in the department. If a new entry is to be made, enter the amount in "023000800100100 - Receipts from Registration". If old entry is to be edited, enter the amount in "023000800100300 - Receipts from issue of copies or duplicate certificates of registration".
    • After that click on "Total of all Heads". After entering “Captcha” click on “Submit” button.
    • Click on “Proceed with Net-Payment” to confirm your e-Payment. The user will be redirected to the payment page of SBI. From here the user can save and print the receipt after making his payment.
• After successful submission of payment, login with the given User ID and Password and click on “Pay Registration Fee”.
• Click on “Payment Details” and enter all the necessary details of your payment, as well as upload your challan/receipt/bank slip and click on “Submit”.
